A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Technical Maintenance Service Engineer, you will be on the front line supporting customers across Korea, ensuring the reliable operation of electromechanical systems through hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance. You will balance intensive analytical problem-solving with on-site service delivery, while building strong customer relationships. Your day will involve diagnosing complex issues, performing preventive maintenance, and documenting service outcomes to maintain operational excellence.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Perform systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve equipment failures and optimize performance
- Deliver high-quality on-site technical services, including installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance
- Ensure accurate documentation through detailed service reports, maintenance records, and issue tracking logs
- Support customer operations by providing technical guidance, training, and proactive recommendations
- Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and ensuring timely issue resolution
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades, process improvements, and new service offerings
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in field service engineering, technical support, or similar customer-facing roles
- Strong hands-on experience with electromechanical systems, including commissioning and maintenance
- Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Experience in preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and use of test equipment
- Strong customer management and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
