Are you ready for a new challenge? We are looking for a motivated leader to join our team as the Head of our Brno Service Center. In this key role, you will lead a dedicated team of around 10 professionals, drive the growth of our service repair business, and ensure we continue to be a reliable and valuable partner for our customers and partners within our Siemens Energy network. This position is based in Brno, Czech Republic.
How you'll make an impact
- Be responsible for all service orders in collaboration with local departments.
- Run repair projects to deliver high-quality results while minimising costs.
- Lead and develop a dedicated team of specialists. Promote Zero Harm culture, ensuring the highest standards of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS).
- Develop strong relationships with customers, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with other PCCs and global Service Centers. Support the development of strategic partnerships with other organisations.
- Find opportunities for process improvements and business growth. Optimise internal processes, with particular attention to LEAN principles and new digital solutions.
What you bring
- Degree in technical field or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- Experience in the service business or steam turbine industry.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Czech/Slovak language is a must.
- Experience leading a team is an advantage.
- Demonstrates support for a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace. Structured and practical approach to work.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation, as well as with customers and suppliers.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonising the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonisation of the industry and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.
