As the Senior Corporate Tax Manager, you will lead the management of all corporate tax compliance and advisory services across Siemens Energy’s GB & Ireland businesses. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, driving tax strategy on complex cross-border transactions and M&A activities using the Siemens Energy PATAC tool. Your expertise will directly influence business decisions and ensure compliance with evolving tax legislation. How You'll Make an Impact

• Manage end-to-end corporate tax compliance for domestic and international Siemens Energy entities in GB&I, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
• Lead tax advisory support on UK and Irish corporate tax matters including cross-border trade, mergers & acquisitions, and legislative implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement by developing and implementing new tax processes and digital solutions.
• Oversee transfer pricing updates and resolve key tax issues linked to business models.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors, including HMRC, KPMG, and global tax networks.
• Mentor and develop junior tax team members, fostering professional growth within the department.

What you Bring

• 5+ years PQE with strong UK and international tax expertise, backed by relevant tax and accounting qualifications.
• Solid UK technical tax knowledge and experience with tax compliance software (e.g., Alphatax, SAP).
• Awareness of international tax regimes and developments to navigate global business challenges.
• Ability to manage complex projects, collaborate in diverse teams, and build effective stakeholder relationships.
• Integrity, customer focus, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for continuous learning and driving innovation through process improvements and digitalization.
