A Snapshot of Your Day
As a member of the Function Controlling – Business Operations Team, you'll be performing various financial activities, related to Global Mobility Management.
How you'll make an impact:
- You'll support Business Administration activities, focusing on Global Mobility Management: delegation costs which must be correctly allocated between the Siemens Energy entities worldwide.
- You’ll lead the handover activities from external suppliers to our team. Knowledge about RACI matrixes and task mapping to the right person and competence are essential.
- You'll coordinate and perform various financial tasks related to Global Mobility Management, especially charging activities.
- You'll create and improve relevant reports and work closely with your partners in HR and Tax.
- You'll support process optimization and digitalization automation in your area of responsibility and foster continuous improvements to increase accuracy.
- You ensure strict compliance with corporate guidelines and standards.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics.
- More than 5 years’ experience in Controlling and Accounting, preferably experience in working with HR-related activities
- Very good analytical skills to manage large data quantities
- Result orientated with a high degree of customer orientation and a business partner mindset
- Advanced user skills in SAP (WBS charging, journal reposting etc.) and MS Office. Knowledge in other Bl tools (e.g. Alteryx, Power BI) are a plus
- Fluent in English. Knowledge in German is a plus
