役割について
Your day involves overseeing all technical aspects of the equipment's mechanical system, as well as managing the scope of work during equipment installation and performing overhauls during service outages.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Perform mechanical installation and overhaul of industrial steam turbines (IST) and related equipment, ensuring adherence to OEM quality standards.
- Supervise and guide teams in completing overhauls and installations of steam turbines in line with service requirements.
- Verify OEM installation instructions and measurements, such as baseplate levelness and alignment.
- Interpret P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and dimensional drawings accurately.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and complex troubleshooting on machinery and ancillary systems, providing findings to engineering for resolution.
- Communicate progress, schedules, and spare part recommendations to clients, and prepare comprehensive technical reports.
What You Bring
- High School/GED diploma or Engineering degree with 5-7 years of experience supervising IST overhauls.
- Proficient in office software and portal-based systems for time, expense, and service reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of handling challenging customer discussions.
- Basic commercial knowledge to identify contract requirements and out-of-scope tasks for potential funding.
- Expertise in Siemens Energy Steam Turbines (SST 200–900) mechanical scopes and inspections.
- Willing to travel regionally (ME) and globally for 200-250 days annually.
