Join our dynamic team at Siemens Energy S.A as a Sales Trainee. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales in the energy sector while working closely with experienced professionals. You will support the sales team in planning, coordination, and customer engagement activities, gaining hands-on experience in a global organization
What You´ll Learn and Do
- Assist in preparing sales plans and understanding customer potential in the assigned region.
- Learn to use CRM tools (Salesforce.com) for opportunity tracking and forecasting.
- Support in identifying opportunities for local product and service portfolio solutions.
- Help prepare customer contact materials and maintain a customer-focused network.
- Participate in proposal preparation and coordination under guidance.
- Contribute to reporting and documentation of sales activities.
- Gain exposure to After-Market business development strategies.
- Shadow senior sales professionals during negotiations and customer meetings.
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong interest in sales and customer relationship management.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, but not requirement.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
What You Bring
- A strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity about the energy industry and enthusiasm for sales and customer engagement.
- Basic understanding of business principles (commercial awareness is a plus, but not required).
- Proficiency in English (Spoken and written) is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and corporate culture.
- Organized and proactive mindset with attention to detail
