Join our Siemens Energy TI Compression EU&AF Service Team in the Netherlands and make a real difference in the Oil & Gas, chemical, and industrial sectors. You’ll handle spare parts inquiries, process orders, and coordinate logistics, ensuring every customer receives excellent service from start to finish. By collaborating with both customers and internal teams, you’ll help drive efficient solutions and build strong relationships. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You prepare and manage customer quotations for spare parts, responding quickly to inquiries about pricing and delivery timelines.
  • You process customer sales orders and coordinate logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • You partner with Siemens Energy Product Competence Centers to secure prompt quotes and efficient parts delivery.
  • You monitor and follow up on customer inquiries, deliveries, and after-sales issues, ensuring satisfaction at every step.
  • You build strong, trust-driven relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through proactive, transparent communication.

What You Bring

  • You have 2/3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within industrial or technical spare parts.
  • You demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively, both with customers and colleagues.
  • You are proficient in ERP systems (SAP and Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
  • You have advanced proficiency in both Dutch and English.

You’ll join a dedicated team within Siemens Energy’s TI Compression EU&AF Service division, focused on delivering reliable spare parts solutions to the Oil & Gas, chemical, and industrial sectors. The team works closely with Product Competence Centers and other internal partners to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction. Collaboration, transparency, and building lasting relationships are at the heart of how we work.
