A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Sales Operations Manager at Siemens Energy, your day starts with reviewing the latest energy market trends and staying up-to-date with our competitors' moves, sharing these developments with sales managers in the North America region to gather their insights. Depending on the planning activities' schedule, your insights contribute to delivering a high-quality monthly sales forecast, supporting R&D decisions, factory load planning, and resource allocation, while ensuring all required updates are implemented into our CRM system (SFDC) so all activities use one source of truth. You also conduct win/loss analyses of bids with the respective sales teams, creating a feedback loop across the organization while liaising with colleagues across the globe to grow your internal network and transfer learnings from other regions into the North America region. Your work has a significant global impact in a large, intercultural environment, requiring a growth and learner's mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under minimal supervision within given boundaries.
