You will be part of a team that provides services solutions and products to some of the most important energy projects in Greece. For these and many other future projects, we need a new Sales Engineer who will help to develop and increase our presence in the Greek market. With us you will have the chance to work in a dynamic cross-business team and develop new insights and approaches to address ways to win in a highly driven environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

By being part of a dynamic team of professionals and undertaking some responsibilities like:

• Responsible for the sales of Products and Systems within the GT department and of EPC Projects in close coordination with our Centers of Competence.
• Identify potential HV substation business opportunities.
• Interact with potential partners, Transmission System operators (TSOs), electric distribution operators (DSOs), Renewables and IPP developers and EPCs.
• Identify strategic areas and grow the Business.
• Work together with our supply factories to participate to tenders.
• Prepare Business Reports and present to local and regional management.

What You Bring

• At least 3-5 years working experience in power transmission and distribution area for solution development, in sales, engineering and project execution with relevant customers like TSO and major EPC, MV/LV panel builders and general contractors.
• Preferably a graduate of Electrical Engineering School.
• Experience in promoting and selling HV transmission products such as power transformers, instrument transformers, circuit breakers, disconnects, and surge arresters. Knowledge in HV substations is also a must including project management. Can interpret basic electrical diagram and design.
• Greek Power transmission and distribution market knowledge.
• Sales experience and good connection in this industry
• Customer relationship management and partnership management experience.
• Sales & negotiation skills. Ability to prioritize challenges, be creative (proposing alternatives). Adjust his time according to actual circumstances (work under pressure, time & workload). Team working and result oriented.
• Excellent oral and written English.
• Availability to travel to customers all around Greece and to Siemens Energy Factories and offices around the globe.
