- Develop the sales collateral and enablement material along the Portfolio development and Market Insights incl. customer and front end sales feedback defining a successful go to market and sales playbook
- Act as a subject matter expert how to build sales collateral supporting pre-sales discussions, product demonstrations, and feeding global sales needs to successfully commercialize products and services incl. SaaS, Partner Sales.
- Define content for onboarding and training programs and support use case developments to promote Siemens Energy’s innovations which is viewed as growth lever and not as supporting documents
- Empower Sales Teams with Knowledge: Develop technical sales materials, training concepts, and enablement content aligned with internal frameworks. Coordinate with PLM, marketing, engineering, and sales to ensure consistent messaging and readiness across all regions.
- Act as transformational manager to coach based successful data and behaviour including sales content lifecycle (creation, adoption, usage, retirement)
- A degree in engineering, science, or an MBA with a focus on energy or automation technology or equivalent experience, is advantageous.
- Long term professional experience in sales, business development, service business, and digitalization within the energy or industrial sector.
- Experience in consultative selling in B2B environments, with a strong understanding of grid technologies, grid resilience, energy automation, edge technologies, and cybersecurity.
- Ability to develop compelling value propositions and communicate complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong presentation and moderation skills, with fluency in English; additional languages such as German, Spanish, or French are a plus.
