A Snapshot of Your Day
•Ensures that technological specifications are implemented in the manufacturing environment, and also ensures consistent, continuous improvement of working processes

How You’ll Make an Impact 
•Organizes technological support for responded process.
•Plans, communicates, and executes technical improvement measures.
•Draws up implementation plans for procuring and renewing equipment, including technical specification (requirement specification) of the required equipment. 
•Participates in standardization projects in the area of manufacturing technology.
•Identifies, initiates, drives and carries out innovation projects in the field of manufacturing technology.
•Support and cooperate with other departments on offer, design, material purchasing, quality control, Lean production areas, etc.
•Supports Director Production / Supervisor in matters relating to compliance with statutory and internal SEL regulations and stipulations (occupational safety and health, environment, etc.)

What You Bring
•Bachelor’s degree and above. Major in Engineering, Automation and etc. 
•2+ years in a corresponding function with manufacturing in an international environment
•Demonstrates a good grasp of knowledge and principles of power equipment engineering and applies through successful completion of assignments.
•Self-motivated with strong customer focus.
•Good command of English speaking.
•Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills & strong emphasis on quality of work and Siemens values.
•Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form in English and in Chinese and to interface with in a wide range of organizations both internally and externally.
