工厂自动化设备的日常运维以及参与老设备的升级改造,提供专业的技术支持 

How You’ll Make an Impact 
负责更新新老设备的电气图纸,PLC与HMI,变频器,伺服控制器,直流控制器的程序和参数备份 负责更新设备电气备件的选型和数量 
负责全厂电气设备维修技术支持及电气难点故障的处理,分析故障原因,确保设备正常运行。 
•制定并执行设备维护计划,持续优化设备性能。
•管理设备备件库存,确保备件供应充足。
•维护设备档案,包括说明书、故障记录、维修报告等。
•跨部门协作,保障生产流程顺畅。
•积极参与创新和持续改进活动,提升安全、质量、效率并降低成本。

What You Bring
•本科及以上学历,电气工程、机械电子、控制工程等相关专业 
•3年设备维护或相关领域工作经验;
•熟悉设备电气控制原理及常见电气故障处理
•熟悉S7200,S7200smart,S71200,S71500,台达PLC梯形图编程指令,有独立编程项目经验者优先考虑熟练掌握博途V16,V17编程软件的使用方法,精通标准编程语言,尤其是梯形图和结构化文本以及设备组态 4.熟练掌握工业网络与通讯协议,ABB机器人,视觉识别系统的工作原理与应用
•熟练掌握工业网络与通讯协议,ABB机器人,视觉识别系统的工作原理与应用 
•良好的英语书写和口语能力。
