A Snapshot of Your Day 

As an experienced Product Manager, you develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the organization's strategic goals and customer needs. Through market research and customer feedback, you understand market trends and adjust the product accordingly.

You create a product roadmap that includes planned features and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You continuously prioritize the ART backlog to deliver the highest value.

Collaboration with stakeholders is essential for you to gather requirements and ensure alignment. You plan and coordinate releases with RTEs and system architects to manage dependencies effectively.

You define and track KPIs to measure product success and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement. You proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer needs, utilize feedback.
  • Roadmap: Create and adjust planned features and timelines.
  • Backlog: Prioritize and manage based on value and need.
  • Stakeholders: Ensure collaboration and communication.
  • Release Planning: Plan and coordinate releases.
  • Performance Measurement: Define and analyze KPIs.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks.
 

What You Bring

  • Expertise based on at least 8 years of experience with grid protection, control, and monitoring solutions for grid applications, especially for AIS/GIS switchgear for voltage level of more than 66 kV, is an advantage
  • Master above, major in Electrical engineering or Electronic
  • Business fluent in English. German language would be a plus.
  • Ability to prepare and perform presentations to external customers and internal management.
  • High level of self-management.
  • Ability to lead and cooperate in global teams.
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking - decision-making capability.
