A Snapshot of Your Day 

Join SHVS and play a key role in keeping our high-voltage switchgear operations running smoothly. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to convert purchasing requirements into purchase orders, secure on-time material deliveries, and support production demand. Every day, you will help resolve delivery challenges, drive supplier performance improvements, and optimize inventory and procurement strategies. You will also lead continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain team while proactively identifying supply risks and developing practical solutions that keep projects moving forward.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• You will manage the end-to-end purchasing process, converting purchase requisitions into purchase orders and coordinating delivery commitments with local and international suppliers.
• You will collaborate closely with suppliers to improve on-time delivery performance, resolve supply issues, and support monthly and annual supplier performance evaluations.
• You will partner with planning engineers to optimize inventory levels and implement effective material procurement strategies.
• You will coordinate internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure outsourcing projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
• You will lead and participate in supply chain improvement projects while identifying supply risks and developing backup plans to ensure business continuity.

What You Bring

• You have a bachelor’s degree or above.
• You bring at least 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• You are familiar with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and have strong Microsoft Office skills.
• You have good English communication skills for working with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• You have experience in data analysis and are comfortable using tools such as Excel or other analytical solutions to support decision-making.
