How You’ll Make an Impact

Key Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in Python and its ecosystem, with experience in building high-performance APIs and services using frameworks like FastAPI/Flask.
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals: system design, API design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).

Language & Collaboration

• Strong communication skills in English for clear technical documentation and effective cross-team collaboration.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, MLOps practices, or monitoring tools for AI applications.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (Node.js, React) is a plus, enabling smoother collaboration with frontend engineers.
• A portfolio or GitHub repository demonstrating projects involving LLMs, AI agents, or complex backend systems.

What You Bring

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Core Experience (Required)

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend service or data-intensive application development.
• Solid experience in data analysis and processing, proficient with tools like Alteryx, Snowflake, and SQL for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
• Proven experience in building applications with Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI agents. Practical knowledge of frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex is a strong plus.
