How You’ll Make an Impact
- Responsible for reviewing the R&D department's mechanical drawings according to the company's drawing system process to ensure the standardization, accuracy and manufacturability of the drawings. 负责按公司图纸系统流程对研发部机械图纸进审核,确保图纸的规范性、准确性和可制造性。
- Proofread the rationality and completeness of the dimensions, geometric tolerances, technical requirements, material selection, heat treatment and surface treatment information in the drawings. 校对图纸中的尺寸标注、形位公差、技术要求、材料选择、热处理及表面处理等信息的合理性与完整性。
- According to relevant national standards (such as GB), ISO machinery related standards and the company's internal drawing specifications, improve the company's drawing standardization system. 依据相关国标(如GB),ISO 机械相关标准及公司内部图纸规范,完善公司图纸标准化体系。
- Making suggestions for drawing improvement from the perspective of manufacturing process. 从制造工艺角度提出图纸改进建议。
- Support of the operational business through technical expertise as part of a cross-functional project team. 作为跨职能项目团队的一员,通过技术专长为运营业务提供支持。
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Design or Mechanical Engineering or related field. 本科及以上学历,机械设计、机械工程或相关专业。
- ≥ More than 5 years of work experience in mechanical design or drawing review /drawing standardization, with rich drawing reviewing experience. 5年以上机械设计或图纸审核及图纸标准化相关工作经验,具备丰富的审图经历。
- Proficient in mechanical drawing related standards (GB) and related ISO standards. 熟练掌握机械制图相关标准(GB)及相关ISO 标准。
- Proficient in mechanical drawing principles, with in-depth understanding and practical experience in the application of dimensional tolerances, dimensional chains, and geometric tolerances. 精通机械制图原理,对尺寸公差、尺寸链、形位公差的应用有深入的理解和制图经验。
- Advanced knowledge in metal materials technology and mechanical manufacturing methods. 具备先进的金属材料技术知识及机械制造知识。
- Have good communication skills, sense of responsibility and team spirit, do things rigorously and meticulously, and be willing to share and guide. 具备良好的沟通能力、责任心和团队合作精神,做事严谨细致,乐于分享和指导。
- Master of using Creo(Pro/E),AutoCAD. 熟练使用Creo(Pro/E),AutoCAD。 Pre-intermediate English (A2+), German advantageous. 中级英语(A2+),德语优先。
