A Snapshot of Your Day
In this role, you will support the FIN GS EU&AF Management and the Cluster Rollout Manager in implementing a SAP S/4 HANA system (AGORA) related to Business Area Gas Service in the region. Your day could start with a comprehensive review of ongoing developments, setting strategic priorities, and aligning with cross-functional teams across various time zones. Structuring sophisticated topics into actionable steps will be one of your main tasks. Throughout the day, you will engage with multiple countries, ensuring that all collaborators are aligned with the overarching goals of the business transformation. You will tackle complex challenges, decompose them into manageable components, and drive impactful change by removing barriers and promoting a culture of cross-country teamwork. Identifying potential risks and opportunities, developing strategies to mitigate or capitalize on them, might also be part of your day.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Work closely with different responsible parties like Product Owner Spokespersons, Product Owners and Cluster Rollout Manager to support the sign-off process, especially by providing vital feedback from global teams and management
- Responsible for the implementation of AGORA in your respective business area within region Europe & Africa
- Collaborate with local teams to ensure successful implementation processes, technical setup, and support for the business and end users
- Lead the rollout together with the Siemens Energy IT and Infosys Rollout Manager
- Act as an ambassador for and promote the project within local organizations
- Ensure that all sign-offs are led and acquired from local management
- Plan and lead local business rollout resources
- Manage stakeholders and ensure local business contribution
- Drive and supervise progress of rollout activities with a focus on the AGORA local business team
- Drive resolutions of project business issues and mitigation of business risks
- Communicate project status and progress together with the Cluster & IT Rollout Manager to central AGORA Program Management
- Build local communication channels
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Finance or Management required
- Very good program management skills in complex environments
- Experience as a SAP business consultant or analyst or similar is required
- Experience in digital transformation projects focusing on Finance
- Proficiency in business process management and optimization
- Knowledge of Siemens Energy or Siemens processes, structures and systems is an advantage
- Proficient in English
- Outstanding communication skills
- Dedicated personality with a strong motivation to inspire change and enhance business processes for future success

Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
