A Snapshot of Your Day
As the Resource Planning and Scheduling Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a comprehensive resource planning overview for our global Control and Protection team. Your responsibilities will include serving as the primary source of project plans. Your tasks will enable our teams to enhance transparency, pursue schedule solutions, and identify risks at an early stage.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Define the optimal tools and processes to establish a holistic overview of resource planning for the global Control and Protection team.
- Serve as the single source of truth for project plans and maintain up-to-date project information through regular communication with execution and tender teams.
- Create, manage and continuously update the overall resource planning for the global Control and Protection team.
- Analyze planning gaps and deviations, translating them into actionable items to improve future plans.
- Act as a liaison between project execution teams, R&D project teams, upper management, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on resource allocation.
- Develop and implement new ideas, concepts, process standards, and KPIs regarding resource management.
What You Bring
- A successfully completed master’s degree.
- Several years of professional experience in methods of scheduling, resource planning and controlling, expertise in planning tools and critical path analysis.
- Affinity and experience to handle and optimize resource management data in workflows with applicable tools.
- Strong communication skills, ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of organization.
- Attention to details and an analytical mindset, ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Fluent English, German is a plus.
