We are looking for a highly skilled, dynamic, and proactive Quality Manager to join our team and supporting our regions in coordinating and executing our global EQS strategy. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in supporting our regional teams and execution units to implement our quality strategy, drive impactful initiatives, and uphold our governance responsibilities as a global organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Act as a liaison between regional teams/execution units and corporate leadership, facilitating streamlined communication and collaboration to promote a cohesive approach to EQS.
- Coordinate and drive our global EQS strategy from a governance perspective, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory frameworks.
- Establish and track global quality performance metrics. You'll analyze data to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and support regional teams in achieving their goals.
- Support our regions and execution units to ensure our systems, processes and regulations are implemented, consistent and effective.
- Promote the sharing of best practices and facilitate training to build a strong EQS mindset and ensure consistency in execution across our global organization.
- Identify areas for quality standardization and continuous improvement activities across the GT business.
- Several years of professional experience in EQS or Quality Management, with a proven track record of managing global or multi-regional programs or projects.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong understanding of quality management tools and systems and a general knowledge of EHS principles. You should be familiar with global standards such as ISO 9001 and have experience with governance and oversight.
- Superior stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluent communication in German and English.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and lead complex projects across diverse cultures. You must be able to influence without direct authority and navigate a complex organizational structure.
