役割について
- Project Quality Management and Governance across service projects, including quality planning, inspections, and project handover
- Quality Assurance and Compliance Management, including definition, implementation, and monitoring of quality standards and process controls
- Process Design and Optimization through end‑to‑end analysis, standardization, and application of Lean and continuous improvement methods
- Performance Management and Non‑Conformity Control, including KPI definition, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Continuous Improvement and Quality Culture Development through data analysis, coaching, and knowledge sharing
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration, Change Enablement, and Auditing, including audit support, compliance assurance, and stakeholder alignment
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field together with many years of experience in complex, project‑based quality environments
- Know How in Quality Management Systems and Process Governance, including quality assurance, quality control, and ISO 9001 compliance
- Operational Excellence and End‑to‑End Process Ownership, including productivity, standardization, transparency, and scalability
- Cost, Efficiency, and Defect Reduction, ensuring performance improvement without compromising quality
- Analytical and Problem‑Solving Capability, including root cause analysis, investigation, and troubleshooting
- Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance, including internal auditing, accountability, and sustainable improvement
- Fluency in German and English
