A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our VPA Blades quality department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and processes. In addition to quality assurance duties, the candidate will also serve as a key user for the BtP collaboration system.

How You’ll Make an Impact
• Participate in/host globally organized quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Implement and train in quality control procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Serve as the key user for the Prescience system (and potentially also SAP QM module), providing training and support to other team members.
• Analyze data and generate reports to monitor quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.


What You Bring 

• Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with quality system is a plus.
