A Snapshot of Your Day

On a day-to-day basis, you will own end-to-end procurement delivery for assigned projects across the full project lifecycle (bid-phase, handover through execution and close-out). You will develop and maintain the project procurement plan and procurement schedule, ensuring the cost-effective and timely supply of materials and services in line with company processes and customer requirements. You will protect safety, quality, delivery and total cost, while providing a responsive, customer-oriented procurement service to support Order Winning, Project Management, Engineering, Quality, Logistics and Finance.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Drive cost and supplier performance, ensuring procurement activities support project and business objectives.
• Manage the full procurement process, from sourcing strategy and RFx activities through supplier selection, negotiations, purchase orders, and contract execution.
• Develop and manage project procurement plans, aligning sourcing packages, timelines, milestones, and activities with the overall project schedule and work breakdown structure.
• Build strong supplier relationships and manage performance, including supplier quality, onboarding, qualification, non-conformances, risks, delays, and claims.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Sales, Logistics, and Legal to deliver effective procurement solutions from bid stage through project execution.
• Ensure strong governance, compliance, and documentation, covering contractual requirements, export controls, supplier due diligence, sustainability, certifications, and internal procurement policies.

What You Bring 

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field with 6+ years of procurement experience in engineered products, services, or project-based environments.
• Strong understanding of project procurement processes including sourcing strategies, RFx, bid evaluation, supplier quality, expediting, logistics, Incoterms, and change management.
• Experience managing supplier contracts, claims, variations, and commercial risks while working closely with project teams to protect cost and schedule.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and digital skills with experience using Microsoft Office, SAP or similar ERP systems, and supporting process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent Czech/Slovak and English communication skills with the ability to work effectively with international and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving, decision-making, prioritization, flexibility, and continuous improvement skills.

About the Team

You will join a collaborative procurement team supporting Europe & Africa service and project operations, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure reliable and competitive sourcing.
