• Serve as the Project Lead for Procurement in execution projects
• Coordinate the handover with the Proposal-PPM and initiate project-specific purchasing kick-offs
• Organize, monitor, and optimize all procurement activities within the project
• Implement procurement strategies to enhance project results
• Control sourcing processes to achieve optimal outcomes in budget, availability, timeline, and quality, while supporting cost estimations with accurate data
• Analyze supply scope and contractual obligations, identify risks and opportunities, maintain communication with partners, and manage supplier relationships, including claims clarification with Claim Management

• MBA in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Many years of experience in procurement with a strong understanding of commercial, technical, project management, and international contract law
• Advanced Digital, Technical & Functional Skills
• Interpersonal skills, thinking, creativity, drive, communication, intercultural competency, collaboration, negotiation, stakeholder & customer relationship management, problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, responsibility, and adaptability
• Excellent English and German language skills (business fluent in English and proficient in German)
