The Project Manager/Project Coordinator is responsible for managing S-category projects or a subset of projects/programs related to business requirements, specialized/technical areas, or specific sectors. They co-manage the project/program with the Administrative & Financial Project Manager.

How you'll make a difference

  • Interact with various internal and external stakeholders, depending on the decision-making needs and the achievement of project objectives, while adhering to the specific regulations and constraints of their environment
  • Internal: Project Managers, Project Director, Project Team, other divisions, internal services, Administration
  • External: Clients and Partners, Suppliers, Subcontractors, Public Administration, other organizations that are stakeholders in the project
  • Be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes to achieve the objectives of the S-category project or a subset of the project, while respecting the constraints of scope, time, quality, budget, and safety
  • Proposing implementation strategies to ensure the achievement of project objectives
  • Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource needs based on specific challenges
  • Monitoring project progress and reporting on it (cost, schedule, and personnel allocation)
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual specifications and internal and external quality standards (e.g., International Organization for Standardization)
  • Identifying and resolving obstacles to project completion within deadlines and budget
  • Potentially managing multiple interdependent projects, including internal transformation projects
  • Overseeing the integration of supplier tasks into the project plan, ensuring follow-up, and reviewing supplier deliverables
  • Mastering the relationship with all internal/external stakeholders of S-category projects or a subset of projects, determining required actions, and ensuring client satisfaction while achieving the objectives set by the organization.

The Project Manager/Project Coordinator proposes decisions to the designated Project Manager or their hierarchy (in the case of S-category projects) for validation. They lead, mobilize, and direct the human and material resources necessary for the project, ensuring the achievement of objectives based on the challenges of the assigned S-category projects or a subset of projects.
