A Snapshot of Your Day
The Project Manager - Major Campaigns oversees significant internal Customer Service initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality. This position requires effective stakeholder engagement, and the promotion of ongoing improvement through insights gained from project experiences. Furthermore, the Project Manager is responsible for maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines throughout the project process.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manages internal Customer Service projects to be conducted in time, quality and cost.
- Adheres to the guidelines of PM@Siemens and deploys all (or specific) methods to optimally achieve the project goals (e.g. planning controlling, reporting, claim management, risk management, management of internal and external stakeholders ...).
- Contributes to organizational learning by conducting lessons learned, continuous improvement and sharing information with the Customer Service organization.
- Adheres to respective guidelines (e.g. tax regulations, Export Control, EHS).
- Projects vary in size and scope, but Service Delivery Projects with external customers are covered by PM@Siemens.
- May be involved in the negotiation and planning of projects to ensure the achievement of the project goals at an early stage.
What You Bring
- Degree or Master Qualification in relevant field
- 5+ years of project management experience in wind energy, construction, or similar industries
- Proven expertise in risk management, negotiation, quality control, and financial oversight
- Excellent time management skills in order to manage complexed multiple projects with team
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office/SharePoint
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, IPMA) and knowledge of wind industry standards preferred.
