Planning and execution on a daily and weekly basis the resources available for manufacturing operations in the area of responsibility, to deliver on time the products, complying with the required quality procedures and customer requirements, with the planned costs and assuring a Zero Harm culture in the area.  

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Plan, coordinate and comply with all EHS initiatives in order to prevent accidents, communication of lessons learned, and safety walk and talks.
• Planning and coordination of the manufacturing activities of the area of responsibility, based on the general master plan and the production plan. Manage the training the supervisors and shift leaders in the administrative and operational topics. Create an annual training plan for the area.
• Lead the areas of influence to have an optimal level of 5s and innovation program. Promote the implementation of improvements in equipment and machinery, and in the process in general, in order to increase Quality, Safety, Productivity and reduce cost.

What You Bring 

• Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineer or similar disciplines with experience in the industry, preferable in Transformers industry, for more than 5 years.
• Experience in planning and manufacturing coordination positions
• Strong leadership skills, mainly motivating others, agility and adaptability, strategic thinking.
• English level B2

About the Team

As Production Coordinator , you will report to the Operations Manager of the Power Transformers factory in Guanajuato and you will lead different manufacturing areas.
