役割について
- Understand customer and market demands to identify improvement opportunities with a focus on Control and Monitoring solutions.
- Break down Portfolio Epics into features, working with Product Lifecycle Managers, Product Owners, and System Architects to clarify technical requirements.
- Plan, maintain, and drive Portfolio Epics, ensuring clear descriptions, acceptance criteria, prioritization, assurance of fulfilment, and adherence to development schedules and budgets using ALM and project management tools.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and execution of all product development aspects until Sales and Manufacturing Release.
- Support daily decision-making for the development team by participating in PI Plannings, System Demos, Sprint Reviews, and daily standups, clearly communicating goals and features.
- Document development progress and lessons learned in accordance with Siemens Energy PLM guidelines and milestones.
- Degree in electrical engineering or a related field with proven longstanding experience in HV-switchgear product management, R&D project management, or customer project management, with strong knowledge of agile methodologies
- Commitment to agile practices and willingness to work in SAFe methodology; SAFe Framework certification is a plus
- Experience in planning and forecasting schedule and costs of complex R&D- or customer projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with partners at all levels to foster collaboration
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with familiarity in backlog management tools and agile project management software
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed to engage with partners, customers, and teams across different international locations
