A Snapshot of Your Day
- Support the Sales team in contractual negotiations, budget estimations, and risk evaluations related to all harbor-specific matters.
 - Conduct suitability assessments to identify the most cost-effective, technically viable, and operationally efficient harbor options.
 - Assist the New Market team in harbor selection by analyzing ground bearing capacities, reviewing geotechnical studies, and evaluating operational and logistical configurations.
 
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Main point of contact for Pre-Assembly and harbor-related matters during the Sales Phase, acting as the main interface between the Construction and Tender departments.
 - Define and approve any deviations to harbor requirements, while supporting budget development during the Sales phase. Contribute to project-specific calculations and evaluations, and ensure thorough review and approval of PQ and TSA documentations for all binding offers.
 - Conduct technical assessments and feasibility analyses of Pre-Assembly Harbours, while evaluating harbour requirements for emerging markets. This includes assessing the availability and suitability of harbours to meet new market demands, as well as performing marshalling harbour evaluations upon request from the Transport Team.
 - Foster strong collaboration among PHSV team members to ensure an open, transparent, and consistent approach to harbor selection and setup processes.
 - Ensure that lessons learned are effectively shared within the team and integrated into relevant areas of responsibility to enhance future performance.
 
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or practical discipline, or equivalent industry experience, with a background in construction within marine or civil environments, and expertise in civil or mechanical engineering.
 - A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities.
 - Demonstrates proactive and self-motivated leadership, consistently taking initiative, anticipating challenges, and driving progress without the need for external direction. Demonstrates strong people management and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others through a clear commitment to achieving goals.
 - Background in working with global teams, including those based in Europe/US.
 - Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of education and experience.
