A Snapshot of Your Day

As the Order & Execution Manager for Transmission Services, you will lead the end-to-end execution organization responsible for transforming customer demands into executable service solutions. Your day includes coordinating proposal development, aligning technical and commercial strategies, and overseeing project execution teams to deliver high-quality service contracts.

You will collaborate across proposal specialists, project engineers, global teams, and supply chain partners to ensure seamless transition from tendering to execution, while maintaining accountability for cost, schedule, and performance outcomes. Your leadership will enable scalable growth, faster decision-making, and improved execution quality in a growing HVDC/FACTS and service portfolio.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Owning the end-to-end lifecycle from proposal development through project execution, ensuring strong alignment across sales, engineering, and operations
  • Overseeing development of technical proposals, cost models, and commercial strategies to deliver competitive and compliant service bids
  • Driving collaboration with global stakeholders, including Germany, to deliver complete bid packages and ensure smooth handover from tendering to execution
  • Managing project planning, resource allocation, and execution oversight to meet customer expectations for schedule, cost, quality, and risk management
  • Building a high-performing, scalable team while driving continuous improvement initiatives to increase win rates, execution efficiency, and customer satisfaction
