A Snapshot of Your Day 

As an Order Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end execution of customer orders—from order intake to final delivery. You ensure control of timelines, costs, and contractual requirements while managing risks and maintaining full process transparency (e.g., SAP).
You act as the key contact for customers regarding order status and coordinate closely with internal and international stakeholders to ensure smooth execution across all interfaces.
The role requires experience in order or project management, strong SAP and supply chain knowledge, as well as excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills in a global environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • End-to-end order execution from order intake to delivery
  • Schedule, cost, and milestone monitoring and control
  • Contract management, ensuring compliance with terms and specifications
  • Risk management, including identification and mitigation of project and supply chain risks
  • Customer communication as primary contact for order status inquiries
  • Documentation and reporting, including system maintenance (e.g., SAP)
What You Bring
  • Relevant academic background (e.g., business, engineering, or related field)
  • Several years of experience in order management or project management, preferably in the energy or industrial sector
  • Technical knowledge in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and supply chain management
  • Strong organizational, communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of customer orientation and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in German and English

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and 
decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, 
steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, 
modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
