Core to this initiative is the Siemens Energy Omnivise Cyber Monitoring offering – a robust technology stack and managed service suite that provides industrial customers with unparalleled visibility and vigilance across their OT environments. 

The Cyber Monitoring Solution Manager will be responsible for all aspects of solution enhancement, maintenance, commercialization, training and enablement, competitive analysis, and compliance activities. The role will ensure the offering is scalable, repeatable, commercially driven, and well socialized across the Siemens Energy enterprise. This individual will also be in charge of the solution’s strategic direction, prioritizing feature enhancements, developing the annual solution roadmap, driving relevant development projects, and supporting financial forecasting activities. This is an exciting and ambitious position that will have a strong influence on the future direction and financial trajectory of the Siemens Energy cybersecurity solutions portfolio.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead all aspects of solution management, including but not limited to product lifecycle management (PLM), licensing and clearance processes, risk assessments, audit responses, and contract administration.
  • Develop and maintain all standard technical and non-technical documentation supporting the continuous monitoring solution (e.g., pitch deck, slick sheet, service concept, execution concept, offer text, solution architecture diagram, cost and pricing model, etc.).
  • Train and educate relevant global stakeholders (e.g., sales, execution, etc.) on solution features, value proposition, go to market strategy, customer segmentation, competitors, etc. Collect feedback from customer-facing personnel and translate comments into defined feature enhancement requests; prioritize feature enhancements based on technical, regulatory, and financial criteria.
  • Develop annual solution R&D plan; work with Sales Operations to develop order entry forecasts that justify the proposed budget. Support global bid management team with non-standard proposal and offer response activities; answer questions about solution features, applicability to customer requirements, commercial competitiveness, etc.
  • Work seamlessly across regional teams, HQ, Engineering, Product Management, Domain Experts, and Sales to maintain solution consensus; compose and distribute communications to keep Siemens Energy cybersecurity community informed of solution updates and progress.
  • Lead solution marketing initiatives, including but not limited to thought pieces / whitepapers, webinars, industry presentations, customer demonstrations, and other public-facing events. Stay informed on emerging technologies, industry standards, cybersecurity regulations, and competitive landscapes to ensure cyber monitoring solution remains differentiated.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Cybersecurity or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. 8+ years of experience building, maintaining, and supporting scalable solutions; cybersecurity and/or digital context preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate in a matrixed environment, collaborating across globally distributed and diverse teams! Experience supporting or leading technical sales pursuits and RFP responses.
  • Experience with cybersecurity monitoring, vulnerability management, asset management, and/or anomaly detection solutions; OT context preferred. Ability to connect technical designs and features to customer value, return on investment, and business outcomes.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills; able to simplify technical concepts for diverse and multilingual audiences. Agile and growth mindset; comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments! Willingness to travel up to 25% as dictated by work requirements.

This job may be remotely based in California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington State. Siemens Energy offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay. The base salary range for this position could fall between $150-185k and the annual incentive target could be 10-15% of base salary.

Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
