How You’ll Make an Impact
- You improve manufacturing flow by leading lean initiatives such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, and Kanban.
- You map and optimize end‑to‑end workflows from offer entry to finished goods delivery to strengthen overall performance.
- You facilitate structured problem solving (A3, PDCA, DMAIC) to eliminate chronic issues and track improvements in safety, availability, cost, and cycle time.
- You support leadership in developing annual OKRs, tracking progress, and guiding project execution throughout the year.
- You collaborate with process engineers and suppliers to design, evaluate, and implement automation solutions—from concept building to project management and acceptance testing.
What You Bring
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
- You bring hands‑on experience in process analysis, problem solving, and lean improvement.
- You have training or certification in Lean tools such as 5‑Whys, Fishbone, waste identification, or Six Sigma.
- You offer strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- You have good English proficiency, along with local language skills as required by the site.
