A Snapshot of Your Day
As a New Units Erection TFA at Siemens Energy, your day will be dynamic and impactful, focusing on the assembly of turbo sets in new power plants. You will work in international teams, providing guidance to assembly contractors and customers while leading smaller assembly teams to ensure efficient installation. Your role will involve continuous communication with internal engineering and project teams, documenting assembly processes, and contributing to the reduction of the CO2 footprint in energy production.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Assemble turbo sets, including turbines, generators, and auxiliary systems in new power plants.
- Lead and instruct assembly teams while collaborating with contractors and customers.
- Communicate effectively with internal back office and engineering/project teams.
- Create and modify assembly documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Document assembly processes and log sub-steps in collaboration with contractors or customers.
- Commit to continuous self-training and development in technology, methods, and EHS.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Preference for Saudi Nationals with EPC experience and technical training.
- Strong theoretical knowledge of power plant technology and practical experience.
- Initiative and solution-oriented mindset with networking skills in engineering.
- Willingness to travel 100% worldwide and adapt to changing operating conditions.
- Good English language skills and a valid driver’s license.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
