A Snapshot of Your Day
Your contributions as a Mechanical Engineering Intern (working within Quality Function) will play a vital role in shaping the future of energy technology. By working on innovative projects, you will help drive continuous improvements in the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of our products and solutions. Your fresh opinion, passion, and creativity will make a difference, not only to the team but also to our customers and the environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
You will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, alongside our expert engineering team. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Supplier Involvement and Collaboration: Engage with suppliers, including on site visits to their manufacturing facilities, to help resolve process related issues, including non-conformance management and containment.
- Identifying and implementing engineering and digital solutions to benefit the supplier quality departments efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supplier Quality Supervision: Oversee supplier quality performance, including corrective and preventive actions, initiate quality improvement programs/initiatives and risk mitigation measures and help contribute to KPI’s and communicate risks
What You Bring
- Be studying toward or have graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree at 2:2 or above
- Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Have a passion for innovation and a keen interest in the energy sector
- Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Have a strong commitment to personal and professional growth.
