役割について
A Snapshot of Your Day
You will manage and validate Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) and Offshore Platform materials, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and high-quality standards across all material documentation and workflows.
The role requires performing technical reviews and documentation processes in Teamcenter and SAP, ensuring timely releases and maintaining consistency across systems. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to validate materials, reduce data gaps, and support efficient engineering and project execution aligned with Siemens Energy’s operational and quality standards.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Perform technical validation of WTG and Offshore Platform materials to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements
- Create, review, and approve technical documents for WTG and Offshore materials within Teamcenter
- Serve as a reviewer and approver for WTG material documentation to ensure quality and accuracy
- Validate Offshore material documentation, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers when required
- Create and maintain technical documentation aligned with project and regulatory standards
- Ensure timely release of materials and documents through workflow activities in SAP
- Update and maintain Material Master Data and ensure release across SAP plant systems
- Ensure timely updating of Master Files, reducing backlogs and aligning data across systems
- Actively contribute to backlog reduction by identifying undocumented materials, raising Wind hub cases, and coordinating with suppliers for missing information
- Ensure all activities meet project deadlines, quality standards, and compliance requirements
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field
- With around 5 years of overall experience with proven experience in Teamcenter and SAP systems, particularly in material validation and document management
- Strong understanding of WTG and Offshore Platform components and materials
- Ability to manage documentation workflows and ensure regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and backlog reduction
- Experience in the wind energy or offshore construction industry in a plus
- Familiarity with Wind hub for issue tracking and supplier communication is a plus
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory frameworks for technical documentation
