Join our dynamic Aeroderivative Gas Turbines (AGT) procurement team as a Materials Planning & Control Professional! In this pivotal role, you will manage the flow of materials essential for gas turbine production and service operations. You will translate engineering specifications into actionable material plans, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal inventory levels. Imagine collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, all while contributing to the success of our innovative projects. Your expertise will directly impact our production timelines and help us meet our business objectives.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will translate engineering specifications and production schedules into detailed raw material requirements using MRP systems like SAP.
• Develop and manage material delivery schedules to align with production timelines and project deadlines.
• Monitor production output and demand fluctuations, adjusting material plans to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• You will coordinate the efficient movement of materials from suppliers to the warehouse and production line, ensuring smooth operations.
• Analyze material flow and inventory levels to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

What You Bring

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Have proven experience as a Materials Planner or in a similar supply chain role, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Possess certifications such as APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).
• Proficient in SAP applications and have strong analytical skills for demand forecasting and inventory control.
• You have excellent negotiation and influencing skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
