A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Logistics Management Specialist at Siemens Energy, you will target candidates with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, particularly in service environments. You will work on meaningful projects involving the preparation and coordination of documentation for various import/export shipments, ensuring compliance with Saudi customs and regulatory requirements. Your role will significantly impact the efficiency of logistics operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and support Siemens Energy’s mission of delivering reliable solutions, all within a collaborative team culture that values continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Prepare documentation for Permanent and Temporary Import/Export shipments across all transport modes.
  • Guide suppliers and shippers on KSA Customs and SABER documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance.
  • Coordinate with the Chamber of Commerce for document attestation and manage logistics coordination with various stakeholders.
  • Resolve customs clearance issues in collaboration with the customs HUB team and ensure compliance with Saudi customs requirements.
  • Work closely with project management, warehouse, and parts order management teams for timely preparation of Repair & Return shipments.
  • Develop and train subordinates to maximize performance and knowledge sharing within the team.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Over 5 years of logistics experience in a service environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics and SABER documentation processes for import/export shipments.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate computer skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
