A Snapshot of Your Day
The Logistic and Parts Coordinator serves as focal point for optimal material and spares coordination for the assigned sites. One of its primary functions is to conduct yearly inventory count and analyze variances leading to final reconciliation for the wind farms assigned within North America. In addition, act as lead for spare parts ordering, PO and consumptions error resolution and SRP training. The role works in constant collaboration with site management, project management, order management, finance, and other materials managers by coordinating system and process flow. The position requires travel within assigned areas. The role reports into the centralized Resource Management and Planning organization within North America. 

How You’ll Make an Impact:
  • Performs required cycle counts for assigned sites and analyzes inventory variances using SAP transactions, physical inspection, other supporting systems and documentation.
  • Manage material movements within area of responsibility.
  • Provide training of SAP material transactions to site management teams.
  • Resolve materials transactions issues in SRP (COGI, PO errors, Consumption errors, Goods Receipts, etc.).
  • Supports with SRP/logistics administrative functions required for returns process and transfers between sites.
  • Follow-up Goods receipt over dues for the assigned sites.
What You Bring
  • 5-7 years of successful experience in logistics and bachelor's degree within a related field. 
  • Strong Microsoft office skills with emphasis on Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Candidate must be capable of operating in a warehouse environment without local supervision, while still collaborating with local staff.
  • Applicants must be proficient in English.
  • Previous experience with inventory management software such as SAP.
Up to 70% of travel to the US.
