A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Senior Professional – Lean & Continuous Improvement, you will support business continuity and growth at the expanding Guanajuato manufacturing facility. Your role will focus on driving operational excellence through hands-on Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives, performing in-depth process analysis, and managing cross-functional projects. You will work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve productivity, reduce waste, and ensure scalable, efficient operations aligned with business objectives.
How You’ll Make an Impact (examples of activities)

- Lead and implement Kaizen and Continuous Improvement (CIP) initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and support increased production demand.
- Design and deploy pull systems (e.g., Kanban) to reduce inventory levels and enable just-in-time manufacturing.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to standardize processes and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Perform detailed process analysis to identify optimization opportunities and align workflows with operational strategy.
- Manage operational excellence projects end-to-end, from planning and execution to performance monitoring and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and support change management activities to ensure sustainable adoption of improvements.
What You Bring
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of professional experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or manufacturing process optimization.
- Hands-on experience leading Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in Lean tools (Kaizen, Kanban, standard work, waste elimination) and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to analyze data, define and track KPIs, and drive data-based decision making.
- Experience coaching and mentoring others in Lean principles and structured problem-solving.
- English proficiency at Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1) level.

The role works in close collaboration with the Guanajuato manufacturing leadership, production, engineering, supply chain, and supporting functions. The position plays a key role in strengthening operational excellence while supporting site growth and long-term competitiveness.
