You will be responsible for Scheduling Management and SAP structure & order start networks setup.

How You’ll Make an Impact.

• Schedule Management - Assist the Demand / Project management team in creating, monitoring and updating schedules using Primavera software. Attend schedule meetings as required.
• Schedule Management - Creating pre order schedules as per sales requirement.
• SAP - Assist Demand Management team in setting up SAP structure and order start networks for new orders.

What you Bring.

• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering; PG in Project Management is preferred; PM certifications preferred.
• 3-7 Years of relevant working experience, including planning /scheduling tools (“Primavera” preferred) and basic knowledge of SAP.
• Experiences with planning / scheduling strategies. Comprehensive knowledge of project controls concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project & Oracle Primavera planning tool. Preferred 3 years of experience working with project scheduling software. Ability to develop, maintain and update detailed schedules, ensure adherence to quality standards, create reports, and provide analysis using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Good knowledge in advanced excel is a must.
• Good knowledge of PM processes.
• Experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) domain.
• Strong communication skills in written and verbal (English).
• Multi-culture experience including working with international stakeholders is preferred.
• Proactive, Self-Motivated, and Flexible.
• Quick to learn and execute.
• Ability to document business requirements.
