A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, you will manage the day-to-day execution of assigned gas services projects, coordinating closely with customers and internal technical experts to ensure contracts are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Your day will involve reviewing project progress, resolving technical or commercial issues, optimizing implementation processes, and securing necessary resources while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will balance hands-on project execution with forward-looking planning, continuously identifying improvement and business growth opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Should have an owner’s mindset and take end-to-end responsibility for his/her project, given task and order
• Ensure the smooth implementation of the assigned contracts
• Should collaborate closely with internal experts to jointly review and resolve the customers’ issues
• Set up and optimize the process for project implementation of projects.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through close communication with customers
• Manage day to day project implementation of the assigned projects
• Manage and keep the relationship with the customer and all collaborators
• Develop and monitor schedule for timely implementation of the project and meeting deadlines of the projects
• Implement the project to achieve all contractual obligations within the budget approved
• Identify and organize the appropriate resources needed for the project implementation

What You Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, gas turbine, rotating equipment/mechanical related field or equivalent
• PM certificate holder preferred.
• 5+ years of proven experience in power generation business or related industries
• Must be fundamentally sincere, always positive, and non-political in order to earn the trust of both internal and external customers
• Good communication and management skills
• Requires strategic thinking, financial management skills and a strong sales mindset
• Capability to systematically analyze, summarize, and report on issues and specific situations
• Ability to work on tight deadlines
• Good written and spoken business communications skills in English to communicate well with internal stakeholders
• Excellent planning and self-organizing skills ability to pick up information fast, work independently and solution-oriented mind-set
• Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams
• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
• Native in Korean 

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
