役割について
A Snapshot of Your Day
Support closing and reporting operations, including month-end activities, while contributing to process improvements and consulting with the AS Closing & Reporting Analyst when needed. Assist in resolving accounting matters, reviewing and adjusting discrepancies, and ensuring records are consistent with IFRS, local GAAP, and applicable standards. Maintain cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, stay responsive to their requirements, and help encourage the use of standard procedures.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Performing closing activities including reconciliation and reporting, handling forex revaluation and P&L and BS readjustments, cost object settlement runs, and reconciliation between SAP modules. i.e. PS, COPA, and FI-PCA.
- Responsible for preparing periodic financial statements in line with IFRS, local GAAP and internal guidelines.
- Participate in internal and external audits by providing timely and qualitative information and resolving queries from the auditors
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders in a professional and respectful manner.
- Proactive in personal development while contributing to team initiatives and emerging priorities.
- Support management with ad-hoc tasks.
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing or recently completed tertiary studies in accounting or a related field
- Some awareness of data quality and governance concepts
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, with introductory exposure to IFRS
- Familiar with MS Office tools, especially Excel; any experience with SAP is a plus
- Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken
- Open to learning and contributing in a team-oriented setting
