As an Information Security Audit Manager, you strengthen Siemens Energy’s cyber resilience by coordinating and executing cybersecurity audit and compliance activities. You operate as part of the second line of defense, ensuring high‑quality evidence, professional responses to auditors, and clear insights for leadership. This role is ideal for professionals looking to grow in cybersecurity auditing, compliance, and risk management.

• Audit Leadership & Coordination
• Plan and lead internal audit activities and support external cybersecurity assessments
• Drive audit preparation, evidence collection, and stakeholder alignment
• Ensure high‑quality audit documentation, clear findings, and timely issue closure
• Present audit results and risks to senior leaders with clarity and impact
• Cybersecurity Compliance Support
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather and validate evidence
• Support compliance requirements (ISO 27001, IT controls, regulatory frameworks)
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit readiness across the organization
• Collaboration & Communication
• Promote transparent communication and teamwork across functions
• Help build a strong culture of security compliance and audit preparedness

What You Bring

• Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years in IT audit, cybersecurity, GRC, IT risk, or related areas
• Certifications (ISO 27001 auditor, CISSP, CISA, CISM) are a plus
• Knowledge of ISO 19011, ISO 27001, IT governance, or IEC 62443 is beneficial
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in global, multicultural environments; travel up to 15%
• English fluency; German or Spanish are a plus
