A Snapshot of Your Day

As Senior IT Service Owner, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ServiceNow HRSD module and service as part of the HR IT landscapes. After the end of the project, you will own and manage the IT HRSD service in all aspects. You will also manage demands for existing and new HRSD services and ensure compliance of demands with overarching financial and architectural guidelines. In addition, you will support the IT Business Partner in shaping the IT budget together with the respective business to ensure a wholistic perspective.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support the implementation and roll-out of global HR solution project, closely collaborating with the business owner, the PM and the implementing partners to ensure:
    • Project time-/milestone planning: planning and alignment on the project budget and resources (internal and external teams)
    • Successful implementation, in time and in budget
    • Stakeholders’ management;
    • Regular reporting on project status;
    • Risks management and mitigation solutions;
  • IT services over the complete service lifecycle, responsible for:
    • Definition of the service scope
    • Budgeting & financial controlling
    • Contracting of providers (including SLAs, KPIs, compliance etc)
    • Procurement of IT assets and 3rd party services
    • Implementation of and guidance over relevant ITIL processes
    • Provider SLA management for fully outsourced IT services
    • Demand management and requirement engineering
  • Act as Solution Specialist
    • Analyze, assess and validate the business scope and translate into technical requirements
    • Work closely with external provider specialists to ensure best solution scenario is implemented for the system
    • Identify best system architecture solution recommendations (taking into consideration complexity, dependencies, prerequisites, costs etc)
    • Ensure proper documentation available for the system configuration, design and architecture

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Significant experience as a System Specialist, Administrator, or Service Owner for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Demonstrable, in-depth experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module is required.
  • Experience working within a global enterprise environment and managing projects or services with complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources (CIS-HR)
  • Highly customer focused attitude to work with great emphasis on positive outcomes - "Delighting the customer
  • Communicate fluently in English language
  • Excellent communication and stakeholders’ management skills
  • Ideally good knowledge of IT compliance & IT assurance (ITGC) and ITIL practices
  • Knowledge of HR admin functional processes - nice to have
  • Intercultural & global exposure
  • Experience communicating at all levels of management and managing conflict and change
