Snapshot of Your Day:
We are looking for an IT Hardware Lifecycle and Asset Management Analyst in Orlando, FL to coordinate hardware lifecycle management initiatives, focusing on financial and logistics aspects, utilizing tools such as Azure Active Directory, ServiceNow, CMDB, and SAP.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Collaborate with professionals at various IT (Digital Core) departments around the world to ensure seamless and consistent hardware lifecycle management.
- Coordinate hardware (PC) budget planning and service management for the United States.
- Maintain the hardware transaction and approval flows in ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with global guidelines.
- Align hardware strategy with Siemens Energy’s Cyber Security guidelines.
- Coordinate IT Asset Management (ITAM ServiceNow) implementation in the United States, performing tests and necessary corrections to manage stock rooms, stock levels, PC orders, and PC disposal.
- Extract, generate dashboards, and analyze data from asset management tools such as CMDB (ServiceNow) and Azure Active Directory.
- Process all hardware order invoices and adjust the service forecast accordingly.
- Plan and execute hardware refresh cycles to ensure up-to-date and efficient technology infrastructure.
- Maintain the Mobile Communications Service for the United States, ensuring efficient validation and processing of mobile devices, budget planning, and invoice processing.
- Coordinate various hardware-related projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Coordinate and conduct infrastructure projects such as network migrations, domain merges/migrations, including building training and communication plans.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 2 years of experience.
- Will accept 2 years of experience in lieu of the bachelor's degree.
- Experience must include 2 years in: managing procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of hardware assets;
- Proficiency with ITAM tools, particularly ServiceNow, for tracking and managing hardware assets;
- Knowledge of CMDB within ServiceNow to maintain detailed asset information;
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Autopilot and Company Portal;
- Financial tools like ServiceNow Proven Optics/ ClariTy for budgeting and financial planning;
- Understanding of procurement processes and vendor relationship management;
- Ability to lead RFP processes and build business cases for hardware-related strategies;
- Cybersecurity guidelines to ensure hardware management aligns with security policies;
- Project management skills, with experience in international and cross-functional projects;
- Extract, generate dashboards, and analyze data from tools like CMDB and Azure Active Directory; and
- Managing substantial hardware budgets and developing annual hardware refresh plans.
