A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us in a pivotal role where you will provide strategic oversight and leadership for all Pre-Assembly activities. Imagine transforming project strategies into safe and efficient execution at the site level, ensuring that your team delivers on project objectives while fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence. You will lead and mentor Installation Leads, guiding them in planning, execution, and reporting, while also ensuring that all workstreams align with budgets and schedules. Your impact will be felt across multiple sites as you monitor progress, manage resources, and maintain compliance with regulations, all while building high-performing teams dedicated to success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of Installation Leads, promoting a culture of safety accountability and continuous development.
  • Coach and upskill Installation Leads to take on broader site management duties, including safety leadership and contract management.
  • Ensure alignment of all Pre-Assembly workstreams (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) with project objectives, budgets, and schedules.
  • Monitor progress across multiple sites, overseeing resource allocation, subcontractor performance, and risk management.
  • Bring understanding (and preferably hands-on experience) of onshore and offshore wind project site management to support effective decision-making and guidance.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and accountability for safe site operations.
  • Facilitate lessons learned and process improvements based on feedback from Installation Leads and site operations.

What You Bring

  • A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry with subcontractor management experience.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple workstreams across large-scale projects.
  • Deep understanding of HSE standards, lifting operations, and site management practices.
  • Proficiency in project reporting, scheduling, and performance monitoring tools.
