As the Head of Sales (f/m/d) Transformer Factory, this role involves supervising a dynamic team and guiding them in building strategic partnerships, understanding market pricing, and conducting insightful market analysis. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Team Leadership and Market Analysis: Coordinating the Offer Management team involves encouraging effective collaboration and efficiency, while also guiding team members in building positive relationships and gaining insights into market pricing.
  • Strategy Alignment: Aligning the team’s efforts are in sync with the company’s objectives is essential. This includes optimizing the utilization of factories and external partners through close collaboration with local and cluster functions.
  • General Team Lead Functions: As the process owner, your responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing team members, along with managing daily operations and optimizing workflow.
  • Promotion Strategy Supervision: The creation of promotional strategies for offers will be under your oversight, with a focus on achieving maximum visibility and uptake in the market.
  • Global Reporting: Keeping track of and communicating crucial information related to offer management to upper management and collaborators is essential for ensuring transparency and facilitating informed decision-making.


What You Bring

  • A completed technical or economical education (HTL, FH, TU) or a comparable field is required.
  • Validated experience of a minimum of 5 years in a similar position within the industry is essential.
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding is a key asset.
  • Outstanding leadership skills are necessary for guiding the team effectively.
  • Teamwork and collaboration are areas where you excel.
  • Proficiency in organizing, planning, and strong analytical skills will contribute to your success in this role.

At Siemens Energy we offer competitive compensation and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of € 81.580,80 gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
