役割について
- Lead the MS procurement team in Europe and North America, guiding local sourcing activities across Siemens Energy
- Attract, develop, and retain talent within the team
- Develop and implement global strategies for Travel, Events, and Fleet management
- Identify and handle procurement risks and opportunities while ensuring global alignments
- Supervise global tendering, contracting, and supplier relationship management activities
- Drive improvement initiatives, including booking tools and data tool implementation, while representing Indirect Material Procurement to senior management
- A successful university degree in a technical or commercial field, ideally equivalent to a Master’s degree or equivalent experience, demonstrating a strong educational foundation
- A minimum of 10 years of confirmed experience in Procurement, Travel, Fleet, or related commercial areas is required to ensure a deep understanding of the industry
- Excellent managerial and communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external partners
- Validated leadership abilities for leading a diverse, cross-country team, encouraging collaboration and high performance
- Experience with digitalized procurement processes and systems with familiarity in SAP Concur are considered a valuable asset
- A strong analytical demeanor and planning skills along with proficiency in English (C1) for effective communication
