As Head of Integration, Testing and Release, you lead the critical function that ensures the reliability and seamless deployment of our digital ecosystem. You oversee the development of software services for managing the global installed fleet, focusing on monitoring, diagnostics, and remote services. Your day involves orchestrating the integration of complex data streams—from IoT/Edge to analytics—ensuring that every release delivers high-quality, reusable capabilities across multiple Business Areas. You act as the ultimate gatekeeper of quality and operational security, enabling performance-based services through robust fleet insights.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Drive the development of platforms and software services dedicated to managing the installed fleet, including advanced monitoring, diagnostics, and remote service capabilities
- Provide and evolve reusable fleet-management capabilities for various Business Areas (e.g., Wind Power, Gas Turbines, and other service businesses), ensuring scalability and standardization
- Ensure seamless technical integration between Digital Product (DP) domains, specifically connecting analytics, IoT/Edge, and customer engagement platforms
- Enable and support managed services and performance-based offerings by leveraging deep fleet insights and data-driven intelligenc
- Partner closely with PCYS (Cybersecurity) and OPS (Operations) to ensure the secure, reliable, and compliant operation of all fleet platforms and software releases
- 15+ years of professional experience, with a proven track record of leading large, multidisciplinary teams in a global, distributed environment
- Strong soft skills with an emphasis on transparent communication and "clear thinking," capable of navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
- Deep understanding of the Software Industry , software Technology (including containerization) and standards (Including SAFe Agile)
- Extensive experience in software and digital products, particularly in the fields of controls, automation, and asset management
- Expert knowledge of testing methodologies, integration frameworks, and release management in high-availability, secure environments
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
