How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead end-to-end GIS project delivery by managing all installation, commissioning, and close-out activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and to the technical standards our customers expect.
• Build and manage a high-performing field team, overseeing engineers and blue-collar personnel, developing project schedules and methods of statement, and ensuring the right resources and plans are in place for successful execution.
• Drive profitable, sustainable growth for the GIS organization by improving people productivity, strengthening quality outcomes, and reducing non-conformance costs through structured root-cause analysis.
• Shape our commercial success by evaluating tenders and technical offers for GIS adaptation, ensuring proposals are technically sound, competitive, and deliverable.
• Elevate customer experience and stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and close collaboration with partners across the Service network and region, directly influencing customer perception and Net Promoter Score.
• Champion talent development and a Zero Harm safety culture, building an inclusive environment where employees grow their skills and certifications, and where safety leadership is a non-negotiable standard on every site

What you Bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power and Machines from a reputable university, combined with more than 12 years of relevant experience in HV substation services, giving you the technical depth to lead complex GIS projects.
• Siemens Energy GIS installation and commissioning certifications across multiple product types (such as 8DQ1, 8DN9, 8DN8), along with solid working knowledge of transformer installation and commissioning.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a multinational, multicultural environment, with strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage credibly with diverse stakeholders and audiences.
• Strong results-oriented, analytical, and organizational capabilities, paired with change management skills to develop and successfully implement strategic plans across teams and projects.
• Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and manage workloads independently.  
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic, proficiency in MS Office.
